This contest is about YOU! This contest is about SHARING the MTB experience! This is about building an all inclusive community that makes everyone of us SPECIAL! This is your chance to bring friends and classmates into the world of mountain biking…and getting some really cool prizes for you and your TEAM!
So how do you get these amazing prize packages? GREAT question….YOU and your teammates EARN them. We’ve got a bunch of different ways to earn points that help grow the league. The rest is up to YOU!
2 Points = Each coach that is fully compliant and registered on the Pit Zone by May 1st.
3 Points = Each new male student athlete recruited to the team and fully registered on the Pit Zone by
3 Points = Every new Level 1 coach fully registered on the Pit Zone by July 31st.
4 Points = Sign up a volunteer from your team on https://signup.com/group/787776274097 for any race available before August 1st. Please enter team name in data field when signing up. Maximum
number of points permitted per team is 72. Sign up will go live July 1st.
5 Points = Each coach that attends a 2019 Leaders’ Summit
10 Points = 3 informational team meetings or events held by your team within your geographical area of coverage. Teams must submit an official pre-season activities form Training Limits pre-season form to Lisa@georgiamtb.org at least 2 weeks in advance of the first event date and all events
must be held prior to July 1st.
25 Bonus Points for attaching a screenshot to the email for all 3 events on any of your team
social network platforms.

BONUS POINTS: 10 Points = for each NEW female student athlete or adult female coach who attends one practice during “bring a girl to practice week” August 4th-10th. Coaches must submit a photo of the student athlete or female coach and one time signed waiver to Lisa@georgiamtb.org before August 10th at midnight.
10 Points = Each new female student athlete recruited to the team and fully registered on the Pit Zone by August 18th.
12 Points = A practice schedule and season outline submitted by the head coach or team director by July 1, 2019. Submit to Lisa@georgiamtb.org EX: Example Practice outline
15 Points = One Level 1 coach fully registered in 2018 or prior (with no unfinished items IE: red
exclamation marks) to level up and become a Level 2 coach. Coach much have finished all
required items and have no red exclamation marks by their name prior to August 1st.
20 Points = Fully register your team on the Pit Zone by April 15th.
- The contest starts March 15th, 2019. All emails submitted for the contest must includeyour team name in the subject line.
- In order to qualify for the contest, each team must recruit a minimum of 5 new studentathletes for the 2019 season. Each of the 5 students must be fully registered on the PitZone by August 18th, 2019 at midnight EDT.
- We will take the top 8 teams with the most points as winners. Those teams as rankedwill receive 1st -8th place prize packages. All contest results and packages will be delivered and awarded at the end of race awards at Race #1 Road Atlanta on Saturday, September 7th.
- Total Points will be divided by the total number of registered student athletes as ofAugust 18th at midnight EDT. Example:100 kids on team earn 1000 points = 10 Contesttotal points.
